The right documents for your nonprofit, without starting from scratch
Agreements, contracts, regulations, charters and other legal documents: Milo is gradually building a library of templates designed for nonprofits, which can be consulted, adapted and personalised directly.
When a template is not enough, a custom legal request can be submitted directly through Milo. You describe the need, attach the relevant documents, receive a quote and, once approved, the document is drafted and delivered in the case file.
A library designed to grow

The Milo library is still young. It will gradually grow with agreements, contracts, regulations, charters, authorisations and other documents useful to nonprofits. The aim is not to accumulate generic templates, but to build a genuinely useful library of structured and adaptable documents.

From Milo, the nonprofit can choose an existing template or create a free-form document. The template is not simply a file to download: it becomes the starting point for a document that can be adapted to the real situation.

Known organisation data can already be reused
Name, address, company number and other useful information can be reused directly in the document. Milo therefore avoids re-entering information that is already known elsewhere in the application.

The template is not a static PDF. It becomes a drafting base.
The content remains editable. The organisation can adapt clauses, complete information and evolve the document to match the real situation.

The catalogue is intended to progressively cover documents commonly needed by nonprofits: volunteer agreements, collaboration contracts, regulations, charters, authorisations and documents linked to activities, members, staff or partners.
Custom drafting
When no template exists, the request continues in Milo
Not every situation can be resolved with a template. The organisation can submit a custom legal request, explain the situation, describe the expected result and attach the required documents. The request is reviewed, a quote may be proposed and, once accepted, drafting begins.

The case remains tracked through delivery
The request does not disappear into an email thread. Milo keeps the case, its status, any quote, payment and delivered documents. The organisation can find its open requests and see where each case stands.

A good template can save a great deal of time, but it does not replace analysis when a situation is specific. Milo makes that distinction clear: use a standard document when it is sufficient, and move to a specific request when tailored drafting is required.
A legal library that will keep growing
Milo Agreements is still developing. New templates and documents will gradually be added based on the real needs of nonprofits. When a standard document is not enough, custom drafting remains directly accessible through Milo.
