The employer prevention framework
Roles, services and reference dates remain centralised.
Milo by XMILO · Prevention & well-being at work
Every employer must identify risks, organise prevention policy, establish a global prevention plan and translate it each year into an annual action plan. Milo turns that obligation into a simple, documented process.
Using an internal or external prevention service does not replace the employer’s responsibility. The employer must be able to show that risks are identified, preventive measures are planned and followed up, and useful evidence is retained.
Organisation
Milo starts with the employer’s real context: internal and external prevention services, prevention adviser, worker consultation, prevention committee or union delegation, follow-up responsibility and planning cycle.

Roles, services and reference dates remain centralised.
Risk analysis
Milo maintains a risk register and an individual record for each risk. Hazard, possible harm, exposed persons, location, activity, frequency, probability, severity, priority, existing and additional measures, responsibility, deadline and budget can be documented.

Filter, find and prioritise risks requiring follow-up.

Identification, exposure, assessment, measures and follow-up remain together.
Global prevention plan
The global prevention plan brings together priorities, risks to address, planned measures, organisational, material and financial resources, and the methods for evaluation, consultation and approval.

Priorities, resources and risks can evolve throughout the cycle.
Annual action plan
The annual action plan turns global prevention priorities into work for the current year. Milo links it directly to the reference plan and tracks actions, responsibilities, budgets, indicators, deadlines and progress.

Annual actions are not isolated from the prevention strategy.
Prevention actions
Actions can originate from a risk, the global plan, the annual plan or be created directly. Milo brings together planned, ongoing, overdue and completed actions with responsibility, deadline, budget and progress.

The origin of each action remains visible: risk, global plan, annual plan or standalone action.
Documents & evidence
Advice, reports, certificates, technical documents, analyses and intervention evidence can be stored with origin, date, review date and links. In the event of an inspection or accident, the file does not need to be reconstructed afterwards.

In prevention, traceability is an essential part of the work.
Management
Milo can bring together the prevention organisation, risks, global plan, annual plan, actions and available documents at any time. Managers get an immediate overview of missing items, overdue actions and upcoming deadlines.

The report brings key information together without manually rebuilding the file.
Employer responsibility
During an inspection, the employer must be able to show that prevention policy is organised and followed up. After a workplace accident the questions become very concrete: which risks had been identified, which measures decided, who was responsible and what evidence exists? Milo does not replace prevention professionals; it supports the employer’s responsibility with structure and traceability.
Milo connects risk analysis, the global prevention plan, the annual action plan, concrete measures and evidence. Prevention services advise. The employer remains responsible. Milo provides the tools to stay in control.
